How to View Tickets for your Organization

Follow these steps to look at all the tickets (not just the ones created by you) for your company or organization:


To track your organization's support requests

  1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then click My activities.Screen_Shot_2017-03-28_at_9.40.13_AM.png
  2. From the My Activities page, click the Organization Requests link to see all the requests in your organization. 
  3. To see details about a request, click the request title.
