Helpdesk Availability - Thanksgiving 2017

The IT Freedom Helpdesk will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. The Helpdesk will reopen at 8am on Monday, November 27th.

What do I do if I have an urgent technical issue that can't wait?

We remain on-call around the clock if you have an urgent problem or network emergency. If you require assistance please contact the Helpdesk by phone: dial (512) 419-0070 and press "1" at the prompt to leave an emergency voicemail. Our on-call technician will respond to your voicemail within 30 minutes to assist you with the issue. 

Trouble tickets opened by leaving a voicemail without pressing "1", through an email sent to the Helpdesk, or via our web support portal will be addressed the next business day.

What about other services, like backups and monitoring?

All of our automated systems--including backups and monitoring--will be running as they always do. Our on-call technician will respond to problems or outages we're alerted to via our automated systems with the same 30 minute response time as an emergency voicemail.
