Absolutely! This is a custom feature that IT Freedom engineers created in our phone system. This feature is handy for holidays or unexpected events, such as office closures due to inclement weather.
To Set up or Remove a Temporary Greeting for the Main Number:
First, you'll need the following information:
- Phrase Management System number and password
- Temporary Greeting Management code
- If you don't have this info, please contact the helpdesk
Note: If you partially record a greeting, and then hang up, it will still "take". Therefore, if you decide not to record the greeting, you must re-enter the system (as above) and follow the voice prompts to delete it.
