Information to Include When Opening a Ticket

Please include as much information as you can about the problem you're experiencing, such as:

  • a description of the issue
  • how long the issue has been occurring
  • impact of the issue (ranging from minor annoyance to mission-critical)
  • the type of network involved (home/work, wired/wireless)
  • date and time the issue occurred

Additional Options:

  • Don't forget to give us your phone number if you'd like us to respond to your web or email ticket with a phone call.
  • Feel free to attach any relevant documents or screenshots; these can be a big help!
