Sometimes Outlook will automatically open in Offline mode, creating issues with syncing, sending, or receiving email messages. The instructions below show you how to bring Outlook back into Online Mode:
For Outlook 2016 or 2013
- In Outlook, click the Send/Receive tab, then choose Work Offline.
For Outlook 2010
- Click Send/Receive.
- Click Work Offline.
- Click File and uncheck work offline.
